The Result, the 2015 Refresh. Seriously Infiniti. For starters, I don't exactly "love" your automobiles nor the stigma that comes with them. Hell, I didn't even thought the old QX80 wasn't that horrible. But this? Just plain sad.

It's as though Infinity held an experiment. They took around 10 different designers and assigned them a section to design. Then the designers were put in separate offices and were not allowed to communicate with anyone until they finished designing their section.

After everyone was finished a completely different person who has never seen a car in their entire life put all the pieces together like a puzzle in Photoshop or a CAD program.

Once all of that was finished it was handed off to extremely near sighted people who put together a prototype.

Marketing people then put together a test group of elementary school children and asked for their opinions. They collectively screamed and cried in horror. All but one child. You know, that weird kid that will eat whatever you dare him to in exchange for a penny or shiny button. He exclaimed "NEEDS MOAR KROME!!!!!!" You can't expect a kid that eats glue balls for buttons to spell well.

Some intern then went to PepBoys and bought all the rolls of fake trim chrome and fender vents.

After applying said bits they took these photos. And that kids is how they make a QX80.
